Thebigbenjeweles.gr, cooperating with the private courier company GENIKI TAHYDROMIKI, undertakes to send the products to your place.

Transport to order below of 35€ within Greece are charged with 2€ outside hard-to-reach areas and if the order is above of 35€ then the transports are FREE OF CHARGE.

If your area is considered difficult to reach by courier, you will be informed by phone or by mail and the charge is +5,00€ if you wish it to come to your place, otherwise you will be able to pick up the parcel from the courier's store without the extra charge.

In case the payment is to be made by cash on delivery, then you bear the cost of the cash on delivery which is 2€ regardless of the amount.

In the event that shipping your order becomes impossible due to weather conditions or other unpredictable factors, we will contact you.

Thebigbenjeweles.gr, in cooperation with the Greek Post Office, informs you that the shipping costs to European countries (members of the European Union and countries outside Europe) are €13 up to 1 kg of weight and a surcharge of €2 for every extra kilo. You will be informed of the exact shipping costs automatically from the system in your shopping cart or by phone or e-mail.

Hellenic Post takes 4-8 working days to deliver your package.

There is also the possibility to receive your package with the international UPS service with a charge of €29 per shipment.
